How do I track my order?
Log in and open My Orders from your account panel. Each order detail page includes a tracking timeline showing the current fulfilment stage.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is R60 for orders below R500. Orders of R500 or more qualify for free delivery.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days, provided they are unused, in original condition and meet the return requirements.
What payment methods are available?
The checkout currently supports card, EFT and cash on delivery options. Real payment gateway processing may be added later.
Do I need an account?
You need an account to save addresses, manage a wishlist, place orders and write verified-purchase reviews.
